OLD BUSINESS: Approval of Resolution for Variance relief for Block 110, Lot 2, 1026 Highway 70, owned by Alpha Property Management, LLC to allow expansion of the dance studio.

Approval of Resolution for Variance relief for Block 70.01, Lot 5, 610 Locust Road, owned by Kenneth & Karen O'Donnell, to allow construction of a front porch.

Approval of Resolution for Use Variance relief for Block 78.02, Lot 8, 413 Euclid Avenue (Rocon Construction Group, Inc.) to allow construction of a mixed use building.

Continuation of hearing for Waypoint 622, Use Variance & Minor Site Plan, Block 52, Lot 1 through 8.01.
