ROLL CALL

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 11, 2016

CORRESPONDENCE: Notice of D.E.P. application for Block 107.01, Lot 15.01, 1122 Shore Drive, owned by Stephen & Jody Wallace, to relocate a boat lift and extend a dock.

Email of Letter of Resignation from Board Member John O'Donnell.

OLD BUSINESS: Resolution of approval for Minor Subdivision for Block 36.01, Lot 2, 505 Borrie Avenue, owned by Cynthia Miller, to create two conforming lots.

NEW BUSINESS:Application for Variance relief for Block 99.03,
Lot 14, 404 Osprey Point Drive, owned by G. Brian & Elizabeth Hart, to construct a rear yard addition to an existing home. Minimum Rear Yard Setback, 40 feet required, 32 feet existing & proposed to
the addition.

Application for Site Plan approval for Block 90, Lot 1, 843 Riverview Drive, Manasquan River Golf Club to alter & expand its pump house. Front Yard Setback - 75 feet required, 4.9 feet existing &

NEW BUSINESS: proposed to new roof structure and 10.3 feet proposed to new building addition.

OTHER BUSINESS: Approval of Resolution appointing Alan Hiila, Jr. as Board Engineer with the new firm of H2M Architects & Engineers, Howell, N.J.
