CORRESPONDENCE: Receipt of the July/August issue of the NJ Planner

NEW BUSINESS: Application for variance relief for Block 36.01, Lot 3, 501 Borrie Avenue, owned by Peter & Jennilee Bulkley, to allow elevation of a single family dwelling. Corner lot required 7,500 square feet, 6,117 square feet existing & proposed. Lot Width required 75 feet, 50.6 feet existing & proposed. Minimum Front Yard Setback 25 feet required, 18.2 feet existing & proposed to Borrie Avenue. Elevation cannot exceed three feet above Preliminary Base Flood Elevation, 8 feet above elevation proposed.

Application for variance relief for Block 61, lot 3-3.01, 30 Crescent Drive, owned by Glenn, Alan, Olivia and Allison Cancro, to allow construction of
a single family dwelling. Minimum Lot Width 75, 75 feet required, 60 feet existing & proposed. Minimum Front Yard Setback (detached garage) 30 feet required, 5.7 feet existing. Side Yard Setback (detached garage) 6.16 feet required, 1.6 feet existing. Side Yard Setback (principal structure, west side) 10 feet required, 7 feet
proposed. Side Yard Setback (cabana, west side) 5.33 feet required, 5 feet proposed. Lot Coverage 20% maximum allowed, 26% proposed. Building Height (principal structure) 35 feet maximum allowed, 37 feet proposed. Accessory Structures not allowed in Front Yard Setback existing detached garage is within the Front Yard Setback. Change of grade of more than two feet at rear of principal structure.

OTHER BUSINESS: Adopt Resolution for Board Attorney’s firm
change of name.
