OLD BUSINESS: Approval of Resolution for Use Variance for Block 66.01, Lot 15, 715 Union Avenue, owned by 715 Union Avenue, LLC to allow interior alterations to a multifamily building, relocate existing trailers, create laundry facilities, parking lot improvements.

Approval of Resolution for variance relief for Block 47.01, Lot 2, 202 Perry Place, owned by Donald E. Cresitello, to allow elevation of existing single family dwelling.

Approval of Resolution for variance relief for Block 60, Lot 16, 11 Crescent Drive, owned by Michael & Stacey Farinacci, to allow construction of a new home.
