Front Setback required, 2 feet proposed (from
Brown Street) with roof overhang abutting
OTHER BUSINESS: Informal hearing for possible Minor Subdivision
for Block 23.01, Lot 12, 614-616 Agnes Avenue,
owned by Dickson Family Property Trust.
Variances needed – Lot Width: 75 feet required,
50 feet proposed. Lot Size: 11,250 square feet
