OLD BUSINESS: Approval of Resolution of Denial for Minor Subdivision, Block 48.01, Lots 9, 9.01, 10 & 10.0, 314 % & 316 Fisk Avenue, owned by Michael Vesuvio.

NEW BUSINESS: Application for Minor Subdivision for Block 22.01, Lot 27, 616 Park Avenue, owned by Richard & Kimberly Read, Darin Muly & Heather Garrett-Muly. Lot Width proposed lots 27.01 & 27.02, 75 feet required, 50 feet proposed. Lot Area - 11,250 square feet required, 7,500 square feet proposed. Front Yard Setback -proposed Lot 27.01, 30 feet required, 1 1 .65 preexisting & proposed.

Application for Minor Subdivision for Block 97.01, Lots 2 & 3, 401 & 405 Sycamore Lane, owned by Thomas R. Schwier; subdivide two existing lots to create a third Lot. All three lots will fully conform to Zoning.
