revising boat sizes in existing slips and granting of
an easement from adjoining property owner.

OLD BUSINESS: Resolution of approval for Block 99.02, Lot 1, 922 Riverview Drive, owned by jay & Jenna Hedden, to allow construction of an addition.

Resolution of approval for Block 70.01, Lot 2, 611 Higgins Avenue, owned by Frank & Beatrice Huber, to allow a Pet Grooming Salon.

NEW BUSINESS: Application for a Variance for Block 64.06, Lot 44,
