Notice of DEP application for Michael & Lorraine Zimmermann, 804 Ashley Avenue, to extend an existing dock & construct pilings & boat lift while removing existing piles & dock to provide 4 feet of water depth.

Notice of DEP application for David & Doreen Bender, 12 Crescent Drive to remove a portion of a pier, ramp, float & 2 pilings and construct a pier extension with tee dock.

OLD BUSINESS: Announce that the continuation of a hearing for
a minor subdivision for Block 23.01, Lot 1, 646-650 Agnes Avenue, owned by Ann Marie Hayles is being carried to the September 11 meeting of the Planning Board at the applicant’s request.

Continuation of hearing for Block 77.01, Lot 4 & Lot 5, 403 & 417 Higgins Avenue, owned by D & M Realty (403 Higgins Ave.) & 417 Higgins Ave., LLC (417 Higgins Ave.), Preliminary & Final Site Plan approval to raze residential structure at 403 Higgins Avenue & Construct a two-story office building with site work along Higgins Avenue.

OTHER BUSINESS: Informal hearing for 707 Union Avenue, site of “Just Browsing” (old Brielle Galleries store), Block 66.03, Lot 22, to allow a change of use on the second floor from retail to office within the existing structure.
